Gwadar Ramadan Sports Fiesta 2026 concluded

GWADAR, Mar 20 (Gwadar Pro) - In connection with Ramadan festivity, Ramadan Sports Fiesta 2026 was concluded in Gwadar with final football match on March 18 under the supervision of the District Football Association Gwadar.

Ramadan Sports Fiesta 2026 was held in memory of Syed Zahoor Shah Hashmi and named after the late Ishaq Baloch District Football Championship 2026.

In a thrilling contest, Gwadar Combine and Gwadar Port Authority teams were tied at 2–2 during regular time. The match was then decided through a penalty shootout, where Gwadar Port Authority Football Team emerged victorious and claimed the title.

The chief guest for the final match was Commander 44 Division, Major General Habib Nawaz. On the occasion, several dignitaries were present, including organizer Mir Arshad Kalmaty, DG Gwadar Development Authority Moin ur Rehman, DIG Makran Range Imran Qureshi, SSP Gwadar Flight Lieutenant (R) Atta ur Rehman Khan Tareen, Brigadier Waqar Qureshi, and other senior officials and sports personalities.

During the closing ceremony, prizes and trophies were distributed among the winning and runner-up teams of various sports tournaments held under the fiesta, as well as among players who delivered outstanding performances.
